The service
SiteOps Command is a platform for site survey and design, project delivery, and service operations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace. Keep contact information accurate so we can reach you about security and service matters.
Your data
You own the content your team puts into the platform. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with other tenants, no unlawful content, and no use of the platform to violate the rights of others.
Early access
The platform is in active development. Features may change, and while we work hard on reliability, the service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteOps Command is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
