What are you spending today?

Before anyone shows you a savings slide, put a number on the stack you already pay for: the Wi-Fi seat, the survey kit, the audio tool, the documentation subscription, the PSA — and the truck rolls between them. Documented ranges below; your invoices are the truth.

The stack, at list

Ekahau
$4–12K per year
Sidekick
$3K hardware, plus travel
EASE
$5–15K
CRM / PSA
ConnectWise $2–5K · Salesforce $3–15K /yr
Survey trips
travel + a day on site, each

Documented ranges — check them against your own renewals.

The worksheet

Total your own column

Pull up your renewals and fill in the last column — print the page if that helps. The ranges are documented list figures; the only number that matters is yours.

Worksheet of the tools SiteOps Command replaces, their documented price ranges, and a blank column to fill in your own annual spend.

And the SiteOps Command line?

Pricing is packaged around the modules and seats your team actually uses — we are in early access, and we would rather compute the comparison with you than print a savings number we cannot stand behind. Bring your worksheet total; we will put a real plan and a real figure next to it.

Optional

Want real numbers next to your total?

Totaled the column? Tell us where to reach you and we will put a plan shaped to your modules and seats next to it — no worksheet data leaves this page unless you type it below.

Optional. Anything you share here comes only from what you type — the worksheet itself never leaves your browser.

Frequently asked questions

Why is this a worksheet and not an interactive calculator?

Because your invoices are the source of truth, not a widget with flattering assumptions baked in. We publish the documented ranges, you total your own column, and the worksheet itself computes nothing and sends nothing — print it if you like. The only network call on this page is the optional follow-up form at the end, and it sends only what you type into it.

Where do these figures come from?

They are the documented list and reported ranges for the displaced tools — the same ranges cited across our comparison pages. Vendor pricing changes; verify the lines that matter against your own current quotes before you total the column.

So is SiteOps Command cheaper than the stack?

Consolidating six subscriptions into one platform is the point — but the honest comparison uses your numbers, not a marketing page. Pricing is packaged around your modules and seats while we are in early access, so bring your worksheet total to a demo and we will do the math with you, against a real plan of your building.

Do survey-trip savings really count?

Count only the design-validation trips. The autonomous virtual survey walks the model and flags fixes at design time, which is the trip a Sidekick kit usually makes. Field verification at install time is a different visit — the platform supports it with photo evidence, and it stays.

Total your column, bring it to a demo, and we will design a floor of your building live while the numbers are on the table.
