Consultant questions

I am a practice of one — is this overkill?

The platform scopes to the practice, not the other way around. Consultant and solo workspace presets show the survey, design, deliverable, and billing surfaces a small practice uses and leave out the rest. You get the same physics engines an integrator gets — the surface around them is sized to you.

My clients are used to Ekahau and EASE deliverables. What do I hand them?

Deliverables with the basis printed on them: Wi-Fi computed under ITU-R P.2040 / P.526 / P.1238, camera coverage against IEC 62676-4 DORI, rooms against AVIXA DISCAS and IEC 60268-16 STI — from real manufacturer datasheets. We publish no accuracy comparison against those tools; we publish the standards each number stands on.

What does the shelf actually cost today?

Published ranges: Ekahau at $4,000–12,000 per year, EASE at $5,000–15,000, a Sidekick at $3,000 or more, ConnectWise at $2,000–5,000 per year — and the IPVM calculator is free but camera-only. Yes. Projects have shareable views and sign-off flows for people outside your org, and the white-label portal gives ongoing clients self-service access to inventory, orders, renewals, and reports under your brand.
