Acceptable Use Policy

The basics
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Use SiteOps Command for legitimate business operations, and don't use it to harm the service, other tenants, or anyone else. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.
Prohibited conduct
Do not: attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems; probe, bypass, or interfere with tenant isolation, authentication, or rate limits; disrupt or degrade the service or other tenants' use of it; upload malware or unlawful content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; misrepresent your identity or organization; or resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service or its data without written permission.
Email and outreach features
Where the platform sends email on your behalf — campaigns, collections outreach, notifications — you must comply with applicable email law, including CAN-SPAM. The platform honors do-not-contact suppression indefinitely; do not attempt to circumvent it or to import contacts you have no lawful basis to reach.
Content standards
Customer content must be lawful and yours to use. Do not store data in the platform that you are not permitted to process — and note that the service is intended for business use, not for content directed at children.
Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the contact published in security.txt and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure. Do not test against tenants or data you do not own, and never exfiltrate data to demonstrate an issue.
Enforcement
Violations may lead to suspension or termination per the Terms of Service, with notice where practical. We may remove content or restrict features where required to protect the service or comply with law. A formal appeal process [GAP: needs legal review — formal enforcement/appeal process] is settled with counsel ratification.
