What we collect
Account information — your name, email address, and organization details when you create a workspace. Customer content — the data your team puts into the platform (floor plans, designs, project records, orders, contacts, documents). Form submissions — when you use a contact, demo, follow-up, or newsletter form on this site, we keep what you submit (name, email, company, and your message) in our CRM to respond and follow up, with a record of your consent. These forms send only what you type into them. Usage and log data — technical information such as authentication events and feature usage, used for security and reliability.
How we use it
To provide and operate the service, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. Where SOC's intelligence features process your content (for example, document parsing or assistants), they do so to deliver the feature you invoked — we do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer content to advertise to you or anyone else.
Tenant isolation
SiteOps Command is a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is scoped to your organization and enforced at the data layer — isolation is a first-class design constraint, not a UI convention.
Service providers
We rely on established infrastructure providers to run the service — cloud hosting and database (Google Cloud / Firebase), payment processing, transactional email delivery, and the model providers behind SOC's intelligence features. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies and site analytics
This marketing site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and where visitors arrive from. It sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifier, and stores no personal data about you, so it runs without a consent prompt. The SOC Guide chat keeps your conversation only in your own browser (session storage) so it carries across pages during your visit — it clears when you close the tab and is never sent to us. Retargeting — only with your explicit consent do we load LinkedIn's Insight Tag, which uses cookies to measure our advertising and reach relevant audiences on LinkedIn. It stays off unless you accept, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Declining leaves only the cookieless analytics running. The product application on app.siteopscommand.com is separate and covered by the account terms you agree to there.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions and audited. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a core part of what we build and how we operate.
Retention and your choices
We retain your data while your account is active and as required for legal and operational purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@siteopscommand.com.
Scope and changes
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product evolves; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
