What we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and organization details when you create a workspace. Customer content — the data your team puts into the platform (floor plans, designs, project records, orders, contacts, documents). Usage and log data — technical information such as authentication events and feature usage, used for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. Where AI features process your content (for example, document parsing or assistants), they do so to deliver the feature you invoked — we do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer content to advertise to you or anyone else.

Tenant isolation

SiteOps Command is a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is scoped to your organization and enforced at the data layer — isolation is a first-class design constraint, not a UI convention.

Service providers

We rely on established infrastructure providers to run the service — cloud hosting and database (Google Cloud / Firebase), payment processing, transactional email delivery, and AI model providers for AI features. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions and audited. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a core part of what we build and how we operate.

Retention and your choices

We retain your data while your account is active and as required for legal and operational purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@siteopscommand.com.

Scope and changes

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product evolves; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
