Partners
Carry the platform their channels can't
SiteOps Command replaces a shelf of survey and design point tools with one computable building model. For the channel, that means recurring revenue, a genuinely differentiated product, remote design without a truck roll, and a white-label portal your customers use under your brand.
The channel case
- Revenue
- recurring subscription, not a one-time box
- Product
- a moat competitors can’t resell
- Delivery
- remote design — no truck roll
- Portal
- white-label, under your brand
Economics are agreed on approval — partner-only, never public.
Why partner
A channel case that holds up
Four reasons the platform is worth carrying — each grounded in what it actually does, not a margin promise.
Recurring revenue, not a one-time box
The platform is sold as a subscription, so the deals you bring keep paying — and each one pulls design, BOM, install, and renewal onto one record instead of a pile of point tools.
A product competitors' lines can't carry
One shared building model that computes Wi-Fi, camera, and A/V coverage from real datasheets, a GPS-anchored 3D walkthrough, and an autonomous virtual site survey. There is nothing generic to resell here — the differentiation is the moat.
Design remotely — skip the truck roll
The virtual survey walks the modeled building and flags fixes without hardware on site, so your team can scope and design more opportunities in less time, from anywhere.
A white-label portal under your brand
The per-tenant customer portal — inventory, orders, renewals, and reports — carries your branding, so your customers log into your experience, not ours.
How we treat your customers
Their tenant is theirs. Say it out loud.
Most channel programs quietly rely on lock-in. We would rather compete on the product — so this is a stated program principle, disclosed to partners at recruitment and to customers on the pricing page.
The customer owns the licence
The agreement is between us and them. You are the partner of record on the billing relationship — not a layer they have to buy through forever.
The customer owns the tenant
Their org, data, users, projects and settings are theirs, and the tenant admin is their person. A partner has no access to a customer tenant.
Changing partners moves nothing
Because the tenant never lived with you, a partner-of-record change is a billing change: no migration, no re-onboarding, no downtime, no exit fee.
You keep accounts by being good
No exclusivity, no switching fees, no data held hostage — in our paper or yours. Partners hold accounts on service, and buyers can hear that up front.
This cuts both ways, and that is the point: it is also the reason a buyer who has been burned by a locked-in stack will take your call.
Find your fit
Four ways to partner
Self-select the closest path and your application arrives pre-tagged. You can always tell us it’s more nuanced than a card.
VARs & resellers
Sell networking, security, and A/V projects
- Resell a design-led platform that closes deals on evidence, not cartoon coverage cones
- Recurring margin on subscriptions, plus the services around every design
- One model from survey to as-built, so the quote and the install never drift
MSPs & managed services
Run networks and Wi-Fi for a book of clients
- Add predictive Wi-Fi, camera, and A/V design to your managed stack
- Offer the white-label customer portal to your clients under your brand
- Re-run the virtual survey after every change instead of scheduling a site visit
Referral & affiliate
Send opportunities without delivering the work
- Introduce the platform and earn on what closes — no delivery obligation
- Register the opportunity so the deal you sourced is credited to you
- A fit for consultants and adjacent trades who touch the buyer first
Technology, OEM & distribution
Make or distribute the hardware being designed
- Put a standards-grounded coverage-design tool behind your cameras, APs, or displays
- Your products, modeled from their real datasheets — DORI, IR, RF, and A/V
- Reach the integrators specifying gear at design time, before the BOM is set
The differentiator
The white-label portal is the part competitors can't match
Every partner can resell a survey tool. What they cannot hand a customer is a per-tenant portal — inventory, orders, renewals, reports, and the design record — running under the partner's own brand. It turns a one-time project into an ongoing relationship your customer logs into, and it is a shipped part of the platform, not a roadmap promise.
- Per-tenant branding — your customers see your experience, not ours
- Inventory, orders, renewals, and reports on the same record as the design
- A reason for the customer to come back, and for the renewal to be an easy yes
What partners get
Enablement, not just a discount
The program is built to help you sell and deliver. Benefits are described here in plain terms; the economics behind them are set with you on approval.
Deal registration
Deal registration protects and credits the opportunities you bring, so the work you source stays yours. How it works is agreed with you on approval.
Co-marketing
Co-branded material and joint campaigns to put the platform in front of your market, backed by the comparison and solution pages your buyers already read.
Certification & enablement
Training on the design engines and the deliverables — coverage physics, the walkthrough, the site plan sets — so your team sells and delivers with confidence.
A direct line to the team
Partner support from the people building the product — for scoping help on live deals, product questions, and the roadmap. Not a ticket queue.
Program economics are set with you on approval, not published where your buyers and competitors can read them. That is a deliberate channel choice — partner terms stay partner-only.

Partner program questions
How do partner margins and pricing work?
Partner economics — margins, deal-registration terms, and tier benefits — are shared during the application and approval conversation, not published here. Public pricing stays list-only; partner terms are partner-only. Apply and we will put real numbers on the table.
Is there a partner portal and a deal-registration system?
We are opening the partner program and onboarding by application. Deal registration and co-marketing are part of the program, and the specifics are set with you when you are approved — we would rather agree real terms with you than describe machinery as if it were a shipped product.
Which kind of partner am I?
Four paths: VARs and resellers who sell projects, MSPs adding design and a white-label portal to a managed book, referral and affiliate partners who send opportunities without delivering, and technology, OEM, and distribution partners who make or move the hardware being designed. Pick the closest fit on the application — we will sort out the details together.
Do I have to deliver the design work myself?
Only if you want to. Resellers and MSPs design and deliver on the platform; referral and affiliate partners can simply introduce the opportunity and earn on what closes, with our team carrying the design and support.
How is this different from reselling another survey tool?
A survey tool is one discipline of one phase. SiteOps Command is one shared building model that computes Wi-Fi, camera, and A/V coverage from real datasheets, walks the building in 3D, runs an autonomous virtual survey, and carries the job through BOM, install, as-built, and renewal — with a white-label portal your customers use under your brand. That is a platform to build a practice on, not a point tool to mark up.
What does it cost to become a partner?
Apply to start the conversation. Program terms, including any requirements, are agreed on approval — there is nothing to buy to submit an application.
